Laos

We went to our last South-East Asian country tonight, Laos. It's always nice to eat from around here as their meals are usually vegetable based, light and healthy. Tonight's was marinated beef, stir-fried with red onion, red pepper and snow peas. We served it with steamed veges and rice. It was really nice, and the kids have discovered that they love snow peas!

You know what, I always seem to be reading your posts in the evening before I have my dinner and am therefore envious because I am hungry and only have something very ordinary on the way for dinner (or still have to look in my fridge/freezer and think "hmm, what can I do with ......)Please send me the recipe for the orange chicken, or bring it at Christmas time.
